This all-levels, slow-flow vinyasa class focuses on gentle, continuous movement coordinated with breath. The pace is approachable, with clear instruction and options for rest or challenge as needed. Participants can expect a grounding practice that builds mobility, balance, and body awareness while also encouraging stress relief and relaxation.

No prior yoga experience is required.

  • Open to all ages - children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult

  • Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike

  • Modifications will be offered to support different bodies and abilities

    Inspired by the energy of spring, this class will focus on gentle movement, growth, and renewal. We will explore poses that encourage waking up the body, increasing circulation, and expanding upward—much like plants growing toward the sun—while maintaining an approachable, beginner-friendly pace.
