In this intro to meditation class, kids will learn how to sit in a meditation seat while bringing awareness to their breath. Meditation is a tool to help kids learn how to quiet the mind and create a calmer body and mind. We will also practice some gentle movement.
Meeghan Passer completed a 15-month Yogic Meditation Immersion program through Devanadi Yoga & Wellness in Minneapolis. Her daily meditation practice helps her connect with stillness, silence, and the rhythm of her breath. Through yoga, she supports her body’s natural alignment and flow. Meeghan finds great joy in teaching meditation to children and delights in sharing mindfulness practices in ways that are playful, calming, and accessible. She brings a warm, grounded presence to every class and loves helping kids discover the peace within.
