Emmet Peck

Emmett Peck was elected to the Board of Directors for Eastside in 2025. With background working for nonprofit arts organizations around the Twin Cities, they bring an excitement to connect with and support their community. They currently work at The Diaper Bank Minnesota, where they are a project manager for a program that aims to serve families affected by the presence of ICE in Minneapolis, as well as working at Francis Burger Joint on Central Ave. They are also working towards their degree in History and Political Science at Augsburg University. When not at work, serving on the board, or studying, you can find them reading at a local coffee shop or riding their bike around town.
