Billie Pritzker

Billie Pritzker is a candidate for the Eastside Board of Directors in 2024. After graduating with an MBA from the Carlson School of Management, Billie has worked in a variety of strategy and innovation roles at 3M and Target, focusing on sustainability. She is an avid cook, which inspires her interest in farming, food systems and (reduction of) food waste. Billie has lived in Northeast for 8 years, and currently resides in the Holland neighborhood with her husband and newborn daughter.
