These and other delicious whole foods will serve as the foundation for a Valentine’s Day Dinner that you can easily prepare from common, reasonably priced foods.

Participants are gathering at 10a.m. and leaving Edison High School around 10:30a.m.

EFC and Recovery Bike Shop and will be serving free Hot Coco as a warm up station along the route!

Walkers will gather at Edison High School and walk down 22nd to Central. Continue up Central to 29th and then to Northeast Middle School. The NE Urban 4-H Club will once again read interesting trivia on the presidents at designated stops. At the end of the walk, neighbors will enjoy a hot lunch and a program. Like in previous years, community groups and teams will compete against each other in a trivia contest at the school to see who wins the now coveted Presidential Seal.

Use your personal solar station to run 12V kitchen appliances for cooking, lights for the shed, or just about anything else you want reliable, healthy energy for. Not only will we teach you an easy and affordable way to build a personal solar station, but you'll learn the basics of solar energy and electricity in a fun environment. Have fun while helping build a more responsible future. Solar kits will be offered during class but are an optional purchase. Get your hands dirty for clean energy.
