Learn how to prepare great vegan food for holiday party. You will learn to cook an appetizer, a soup, a salad, main course and dessert that will delight the senses. Vegan food is creative, tasty and an adventure in the kitchen. Experienced staff from Eastside Food Co-op will explain why many people choose this eating path (no animal foods or by-products) and you learn how to cook a good vegan food. If you have never cooked a vegan meal before here is your chance to learn a few choice recipes. Class will be demonstration style with samples. Recipes will be provided.
