Bread in a Bag CANCELED (sorry)
You can make bread at home with just a zip-lock bag, measuring cups, measuring spoons, and a foil baking pan.
Using this minimal equipment, plus six ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, yeast, plus warm water and oil), you can have a loaf of bread out of the oven in as little as 90minutes.
Learn how, while making your own loaf to bake at home.

Session 3 - Menu Planning Basics with Natural Foods. Home cooks are challenged to prepare 21 meals a week, while providing our families with nutritional variety. This becomes even more challenging if a family member has a food allergy or intolerance. Take home recipe ideas for hot and cold breakfasts, leisurely or on-the-go, lunch ideas for at-home or packed to go, and dinner recipes -- for those nights when you have less than half an hour, or weekend recipes for mid-week leftovers, or slow-cooked recipes to come home to after a day at work.
